When your order arrives, please inspect the carton/products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the products in your shipment, please take pictures of damaged products and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching pictures, providing your full name along with the purchase ID for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged item(s) for inspection by the carrier. We will send you a replacement first and will sort out the issue with the carrier later.

We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on all orders. Orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours or 1 business day, you will receive email shipment confirmation along with tracking ID for your order. Please be aware that the major shipping providers we use are either ThailandPost or DHL. For ThailandPost, it's service is connected to national primary postal services of the countries where the orders are from, e.g., orders from the US will be USPS. The tracking ID provided can be tracked with your country's postal service.
We don't charge sales tax to anyone, except for orders from Thailand, where we are required to charge VAT 7% per order, because we are based there.
